2025 Stocking Stuffers for Bass Anglers
It’s gift-giving time, but not everyone can or should gift their favorite bass angler a new Livescope system or a rod in the thousand dollar plus range. That’s ok, there are still plenty of quality items they’ll love that don’t cost nearly that much. In the past, we might have limited stocking stuffers to $5 or $10 at most – and we still have some that don’t exceed those limits – but in this era of higher prices we’ve extended our limit to twenty bones. Here are ten items they’ll love:
The same components and proven durability as the big brother, just in a smaller package for tougher times. Lots of great colors to choose from.
Several friends have independently raved about how easily these cut braid and the fact that they never seem to dull.
This prevents them from having to cannibalize one of their bulk spools. They can leave 8-, 10- or 12-pound test leader material in the boat for all of their finesse presentations.
No-brainer. Will save them more than it costs in just the first season in the boat.
I haven’t fished these yet, but I’ve had great success with every other member of the Zoom “trick” series and these are at the top of my wish list.
If they don’t love a plopper bite, you probably should be wary of them, and this one adds a different sound wrinkle to the game.
Even if they don’t admit it, they’re likely a closet or wannabe pinger. These are inexpensive and allow them to easily create the necessary body roll.
I’ve been messing around with these and I’m impressed – all of the action of hard glides, but a better hookup percentage due to the flex of the soft material.
If you’re carrying a bunch of rods, these prevent them from getting irreparably tangled. I use them when my dog fishes with me so he doesn’t end fully affixed to my favorite crankbait.
Pat Schlapper proudly won six figures on what was then a non-sponsor bait and sung its praises confidently and openly.
If no one buys me these, I’ll gladly buy them for myself – at least the ones that I don’t already have. There are still bargains in bass fishing that they’ll appreciate. Trust us on these ten.
