Garage Finds – Topwater Blasts from the Past

You might be surprised to learn this, but Pete doesn’t like shopping in antique shops. I will leave his reasons why to your imagination. That’s why I’m surprised every time I go rummaging around in the garage and find lures that are still in the package and have turned colors from old age. I think he needs to reconsider his antiquing phobia.

My lure choices this week are topwaters once again. I just love the thrill of the fish exploding on the lure. I pulled some really odd and interesting looking baits off the shelf and of course Pete had stories about all of them. There’s always a story.
