Off the Wall Megabass Jerkbait Colors

Psychedelic Megabass Vision 110 color jerkbaits

I’ve written a lot about Megabass jerkbaits over the years across my various media platforms because there’s a seemingly endless appetite among fishing fans for information about them. There’s good reason for that – look in the boat of any major bass pro, even those with signature jerkbaits from other brands, and you’re likely to find Vision 110s in all of their variations. The smart ones also carry others like the Kanata, the Trick Darter and the and the X-Nanahan.‍ ‍

I’ve previously outlined my most frequently used Megabass jerkbait colors – probably no huge surprises there.‍‍ ‍

Randy Blaukat also offered his favs.‍ ‍

Generally, the pros I’ve spoken to break them down into three categories: translucent, matte and metallic, but if you look through the Megabass USA catalog, there are some outliers. If you want to stand out from the crowd and show your local fish something different, consider some of the following:‍ ‍
