Hunting Big Baits with Steve Kennedy at the Classic Expo
When Steve Kennedy isn’t fishing the Bassmaster Classic, he nevertheless shows up, not just to represent his sponsors (a comparatively recent phenomenon) but also because he loves to see and shop for all the latest gear. We found him in the Expo before it opened, bucket in hand, ready to drop some serious cash on hard-to-find glide baits. Just don’t tell his wife, Julia.
We stopped him for 10 minutes to catch up on Auburn, hair jigs, Clear Lake and other things we wanted to know. As always, Steve was a good sport about it.
