With all due respect to my good friend James Overstreet, who nicknamed Kent Brown the “Mayor of the Delta,” Kent offers much more than that. Besides the fact that he seems to have about 20 different jobs, his number one passion is promoting the value of western bass culture and achievements to a sometimes skeptical audience. At the very least, we should call him “The Governor.”
