Six SPRO Frog Colors That Cracked Me Up

While I fish a variety of frogs, the SPRO Bronzeye assortment gets more playing time than any others. I like the Bronzeye 65 and the Poppin’ Frog 60, but several others also get substituted in strategically.

When it comes to colors, I keep it simple: I’d guess that 50% of the time it’s black (“Midnight Walker”) or White (“Albino”). Sometimes I’ll substitute in one of their more realistic frog hues like Green Tree or Leopard or Natural Green. My friend Scott Secules, who loves frogging more than any person alive, swears by Killer Gill.

Nevertheless, while searching through the SPRO lineup during a recent Tackle Warehouse sale, I came across some options that I didn’t previously know. Whoever is designing them and naming them deserves some props – the following six cracked me up:
