As I recently noted, there are lots of great flight options to get to Anchorage from the Lower 48, spread across multiple airlines. It pays to be price-sensitive and schedule-sensitive. However, Alaska Airlines offer the most choices, including direct flights from Chicago, Denver, Everett (WA), Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco and Seattle.
