Barracuda Beers

I can’t decide if barracuda are underrated as a species. They’re often seen as a nuisance fish, so we don’t target them. Also, in many places they often carry ciguatera, so they’re not a good food source. Furthermore, they tend to bite through lines when we are chasing other species, making their presence a hassle.

Nevertheless, they’re strong, aggressive and prolific. Often they’ll bite when no other fish will. So perhaps we should celebrate them a bit more. The following six brewers have already done so.
