Two Spinning Rods that Cover Most of Kyle Patrick’s Finesse Needs
Twenty-something Elite Series pro Kyle Patrick burst onto the scene with energy to spare and a track record that quickly backed it up. He’s made more than his share of top tens early in his career, and while he utilizes a wide range of techniques, he’s quickly become most associated with finesse tactics. Surprisingly, he only uses two different spinning rods for the vast majority of his light line techniques.
We’ve fished flutter spoons for bass and Blue Fox Pixies for Alaska salmon, but on our Zambia tigerfish trip, a weird double spoon absolutely outfished everything else… and it wasn’t even close.
