Elite Series pro Wes Logan – nicknamed “The Little Ball of Hate” by Dave Mercer – catches ‘em just about everywhere he goes, but he’s especially deadly on spotted bass. That’s because he grew up on the Coosa River system in Alabama, where they grow to massive proportions in large numbers. I cornered him at Lake Hartwell to learn more about his passion for catching them and what makes them different from other spots.
